Refund policy
Our Returns Policy
Corporatewear UK will only accept returns if the following criteria is met:
The items being returned must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging with all tags at point of sale intact.
Any item that has been personalised i.e. branded in any way will not be accepted.
Any products, by their function that are used for the protection of Health & Safety, such as Ear plugs, Face masks, Goggles and the like, will not be accepted.
Any item of a personal nature such as underwear and the like, will not be accepted.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 working days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your order is personalised - you may modify or cancel your order at any time before the design has been approved. Once the design is finalized and production has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Please contact customer services in the first instance to authorise the return.
Corporatewear UK maintain the rights to refuse a refund if the above criteria has not been met.
